The type of personal information we collect, how we get it and why we have it

We currently collect and process information when you complete a web form to make an enquiry or request a quotation, download a content asset, and order samples or any product from our shop. We will ask you for certain information including, full name, company name, company registration number, company’s VAT registration number, job title, address, email, and telephone number. We don’t store any card details as there are collected, stored and processed by our partner Squarespace for transaction purposes only.

We also collect anonymised website user stats to help us improve the website experience. You are able to opt out of them anytime. Please see in the table below the cookies used on this site, how we use them and how you can control them.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), we process this data in the grounds of legitimate interest to understand the profile of people who may be interested in our company and the services we provide, to provide our services within a client relationship and to share information about interesting topics related to our nature of business.

We do not share this information with any other company or individuals.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in our systems, using a Two-factor authentication (2FA) and we take all measures for non authorised access and loss.

We keep all your contact information data and any data related to work or projects that we carried out for you for a reasonable period afterward as is needed for our tax and legal obligations. We will then dispose your information by deleting any digital and physical format.
